i almost lost my twins to those bastards on the basis that i might harm them even tho i have no record of ever hurting any child. they tried to use my depression against me and say that i wouldnt be able to cope, boy were they wrong, i got a solicitor and i kept fighting, my twins are still with me, the social working child snatching bastards have closed our case and i celebrate their 2nd birthday with them in jan 2010 (o:

I will not go down …
I will not go down the road of conspiracy.
I am convinced that in each case that I have viewed outright MALICE against the person spurred the SS workers in each case to pursue their dirty business even to this day..
The greatest failing is that the poor victim was NEVER aware of what the social worker had written against them. So you see the victim was never aware of the FALSE charges against them. Questions or comments pease.

Watched the video again. Are our leaders and peers of the realm so blind and deaf that they have not heard these anguished cries against so great an injustice. There are TOO MANY and yet there has not been a Government inquiry into the specific cases. The expenses inquiry led to many MPs leaving Parliament like fat through a goose. Likewise with the crimnals of SS and CAFCASS. Please any social worker who wishes to defend their profession contact me and I will put you to shame.

Wonderful video. But what a lot of HOT AIR. Nothing has been done to actually prosecute the Social Workers involved in these cases. They are accused of LYING, deception and KIDNAPPING, and taking bribes. I am in despair because I do not have the funds to prosecute. My written evidence from them should put them in prison for a long time. Show me ONE case of a prosecution. So once again HOT AIR. Contact me if you wish. yes i was unable to have a home birth with my 4th child as he would have been taken within that time instead i had him in hosp and had 24 hr guards outside my room..until a ‘placement’was found for me and baby ollie

i wish id known about this five yrs ago…my son was so close to adoption but i fought and when a diff social worker got involved i got my son back..but its left scars.. keep up the good work

Social workers …
Social workers SHOULD put children first. However the best ones end up leaving the profession. Management want targets, take children into care. Can you imagine having to write to your employers who are neglecting children, which is their entire reason for existing. Then she got the sack. For doing what she was supposed to do. Protecting children. The culture is one of perjury and lies. The go/vernment watchdog OFSTED has failed CAFCASS in every inspection of 2008.

I just googled Baby P. – it’s just shocking that baby was continuously returned to his mother!! Reminds me of Jordan Heikamp who was seen by all kinds of service providers on a regular basis and starved to death!! However, the worker had 38 other cases at the time – I have 18 right now and THAT is even considered to be too many!

Thank you.
I should add that child protection here in Ontario is far from perfect but we are steadily moving in the right direction. You will find many horror stories here as well – some are heavily biased and are no longer horror stories once the other side is heard, others are completely legitimate stories of social workers abusing their power – I have seen both with my own eyes. I am happy to work for an agency that allows me to put children and families first – as it should be.

Any social worker who puts children and birth families first is VERY welcome!
You might not agree with the polices or culture of our social workers though.
We had one that had to write to her employers via a neutral solicitor to warn them that the SS were leaving chidren at risk.
The council sacked the social worker for being a “whistleblower”.
One of the children she identified as being at risked died. He was murdered.

Wow – that’s quite …
Wow – that’s quite scary. I am a social worker in Canada (Ontario) and we (at least my specific agency) will do everything our resources allow us to do to keep kids WITH their families before we will remove a child. Even when we do need to apprehend, our first plan for the child is always to reunite with birth-family. I considered taking a job in the UK but if things are really like that, I could see myself getting fired on my first day.

Social workers tell …
Social workers tell many domestic violence victims “that it’s only temporary”.
To get yourself sorted out.
What they don’t tell these mums is that their kids are NEVER coming out of care.
And even with new husbands, if these women get pregnant again, the social workers come for the unborn child. It’s taken 10 minutes after birth.
They are sick puppies.

…. I was devistated but I channeled my energy into fighting for my babies. I got legal advice and went through various assessments to prove that I am a capable mother and that depression doesn’t mean I can not care for my children. My husband of 8 years was behind me 100% and we got to keep our baby girls who are now 18 months old and happy well developed little girls. So anyone who reads this dont give in to the baby snatching bastards! Fight for your children!!

The government have …
The government have set targets for the social services to have a certain amount of children adopted so that they wont stay in care. But because the social services find it hard to meet these targets due to most people preferring to adopt young babies they pick on young mums, disabled mums, single mum’s and mum’s with mental health problems. My local social service department told me that they would remove my twin daughters from my care on the day that they are born…..
